Our Concentrates :
Ferrant Phe offers you its news range of juices concentrates from vegetables which can be used in your aromatic preparations, seasonings, sauces, base sauces, soups, marinades, cold meats, preparation of vegetables. The juices concentrates are available in leek, garlic, chives, shallot, onion, garlic pulp. European specialist in alliaceae EO, all our products are obtained from steam distillation, they are 100 % pure, 100 % natural and 100 % traceable. Concentrates : after production of the liquid extract, these are concentrated by eliminating the water in an evaporation process. Ferrant PHE produces its raw material less than 50 km around the historic site of the family business. This is what allows it to guarantee the traceability of its products and to complete today with the “Middle Empire” in the garlic market. A new investment is underway to breathe new life into the compagny and guarantee very substantial volumes.
The concentration unit with a capacity of several tons per day has been operational since June 2016.

Our Extracts :
FERRANT PHE is embarking on a new diversification: extracts. Alliaceae extracts from a new process bring typicality to your dishes, roundness, buttery and creamy notes. The strengths of these new products are a natural taste, a natural color. This product is custom designed, on demand, and is dedicated to manufacturers. The extracts are available in garlic, leek, shallot, onion and chives. With this new product range, FERRANT PHE opens up to organic products and shows its mastery of alliaceaes. These new versions are marked with the DNA of FERRANT PHE with 100% natural products made from local raw materials.
