Ferrant Familly has oriented its company for decades in the production of onions , shallots and leeks. GMO free, these products are drastically selected for their crop-yield and their flavour.

Once harvested, raw material is quicky brought to the plant where it is transformed in extractorsand immediately distilled. |

| FERRANT society has a production capacity of 30 metric tons raw material per day. Production mode is based on steam distillation. The plant is equipped with 4 extractors of 16 000 liters capacity, each of them in stainless steel. |
